Eryk Kowalski and Pablo Oliveira were each named Division III All-Americans in an announcement made on Monday by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).  

The All-American recognition serves to honor the 20 top men’s volleyball players from the 2010 Division III men’s volleyball season.  

Pablo Oliveira, a 6-4 junior outside hitter, was named a first-team AVCA All-American. Pablo ranks in the top-five nationally in aces (71, 0.62), while also sitting among the elite in kills per game (3.84). Oliveira also led Baruch to their fourth CUNYAC Tournament Championship in the past five years.

Eryk Kowalski, a 6-6 junior middle blocker, was named a second-team AVCA All-American. Kowalski was a productive player for the Bearcats in the middle, ranking fifth nationally in blocks (147 total, 1.32), and also sitting in the nation's top-15 in hitting percentage (.346). In addition to his AVCA honors, Kowalski was also named a CUNYAC Second Team All-Star.

The men’s volleyball team finished their season with a 33-6 overall record.
