Machli Joseph, the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Associate Athletic Director for Baruch College, attended the Achieving Coaching Excellence (ACE) Conference hosted by the NCAA - Black Coaches & Administrators Organization on June 7-10 at the NCAA National Office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The ACE program is committed to preparing minority collegiate basketball coaches for further success by providing participants with an opportunity to engage and interact with current NCAA head coaches, athletic directors and leaders throughout  intercollegiate athletics.

The selected participants received intense training and education in areas of leadership, communication, campus relations, community involvement and program management.

“The conference was an outstanding experience that gave me the opportunity to both network with great coaches and develop the necessary skills in my growth as an NCAA coach and administrator,” said Machli Joseph. “I am very glad that I attended and helped represent Baruch College and the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC).”
