Men's Volleyball Move Up 5 Spots to #8 in A.V.C.A. Division III Top 15 Coaches Poll

The men’s volleyball team moved up five spots from number 13 to number 8 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (A.V.C.A.) Top 15 National Poll for Week One.

The A.V.C.A. poll is the most recognized that allow top coaches affiliated with NCAA Division III volleyball the chance to rank the top 15 schools currently playing.

The Baruch College men’s volleyball program has been ranked every week of the season since 2009.
 
They defeated two pre-season nationally ranked teams this past weekend (#7 Rivier, #9 M.I.T.) at the “Live Free or Die Invitational” in New Hampshire to earn moving up five spots.

The men's volleyball team is now enjoying a brief break in their schedule and will return to action on Tuesday, February 5, with a 7:00 pm non-conference match at the Gothic Knights of New Jersey City University in Jersey City, New Jersey.
