The #5-ranked men's volleyball team lost in five-sets to Nazareth College in the first round of the North East Collegiate Volleyball Association (N.E.C.V.A.) Championship Tournament on Friday in Barnstable, Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Sequiel Sanchez led the Bearcats on the neutral site court with 18 kills and 14 digs, while Santos Rivera (17 kills, .400, 10 digs), Eryk Kowalski (12 kills, seven blocks), Pablo Oliveira (10 kills, 12 digs), and Ivan Andujar (27 assists, two kills) all contributed in the tough match.

The men's volleyball team season now comes to an end with a 33-6 overall record.
