The men's and women's swimming teams began their schedule with a road meet on Wednesday night at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey.
 
The Bearcats suffered losses with the women falling, 124-109, and the men, 116-89.

The Bearcats wore pink bathing caps at the meet in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
