The women's tennis team suffered an 8-1 loss to the Cannoneers of Pratt Institute in a match played indoors on Saturday afternoon in Brooklyn, New York.

The lone bright spot for the visiting Bearcats came at first doubles with Allie Jackson-Hing and Hayley Bester winning a tough encounter, 8-6.

The Bearcats will return to action on Tuesday, September 9, with a 4:00 pm contest at Lehman College. The match will be played at Lehman but Baruch will be the home team.
