The men's and women's swimming teams began their season on Saturday at a Tri-Meet hosted by Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey.

The Bearcats lost the tough Tri-Meet but had a number of strong individual highlights as they embark on their 2022-23 schedule. 
 
Women's Highlights:
- 1^st place vs. Ramapo (Kaetlyn Chavez, Joyce Wong, Kira Chen, Aanya Shukul) in the 200 yard Medley Relay
- Aanya Shukul 2^nd vs. Ramapo in the 1,000 yard Freestyle
- Kaetlyn Chavez 2^nd vs. Ramapo in the 200 yard Freestyle
- Kira Chen 1^st place vs. Ramapo & 2^nd place against Kean in the 100 yard Backstroke
- Joyce Wong 2^nd place vs. Ramapo in the 100 yard Breaststroke
- Scarlet Astudillo 2^nd place vs. Ramapo in the 200 yard Butterfly
- Kaetlyn Chavez 1^st place vs. Ramapo in the 200 yard Backstroke
- Joyce Wong 2^nd place vs. Ramapo in the 200 yard Breaststroke
