The baseball team suffered a 14-3 home defeat to the Gothic Knights from New Jersey City University on Tuesday afternoon in Jersey City, New Jersey.

The Gothic Knights (5-10) scored 14 runs on 16 total hits, including nine runs in the first five innings.

Ronnie Rojas (Brooklyn, N.Y./Nazareth) and Paul Masone (Shirley, N.Y./Our Saviour) each batted 2-for-3 for Baruch (1-5), while Daniel Kehoe (Valley Stream, N.Y./Valley Stream), David Chestnut (Brooklyn, N.Y./Nazareth), and Greg Polius (Brooklyn, N.Y./St. Mary's) each scored a run.

Andrew Decibus (Carteret, N.J./Carteret) led the Gothic Knights from the New Jersey Athletic Conference (N.J.A.C.) by going a perfect 5-for-5 at the plate with two doubles and five total RBI.
