There is also a cut off date for each sport after which no student-athlete can be added for that season (check with Assistant Athletic Director for Academics, Compliance and Eligibility.)

The head coach must submit a CHANGE OF STATUS FORM to the Assistant Athletic Director for Academics, Compliance and Eligibility within 24 hours that a student-athlete has been cut from the team or quit the team.
