The women’s swimming team routed their rivals Hunter College Hawks, 136-69, in a CUNYAC home meet on Friday night in the ARC Aquatic Center.

The Bearcats (5-3, 4-0 CUNYAC) dominated Hunter (6-3, 4-1 CUNYAC) by placing a first place finisher in 10 of the 11 events to take over sole possession of first place in the CUNYAC standings.

The relay team of Julia Sung, Apolonia Cieslak, Priscilla Arana and Alyssa Lubrino broke the school record in the final 200 free relay event.

The Baruch swimming teams (men and women) will finish their home portion of their schedule on Monday, January 10, with a 6:00 pm CUNYAC home meet against Lehman College. During the meet, the team will honor their seniors.
