On Thursday night, the Baruch College Bearcats traveled to Flushing, New York to compete in a dual meet against NCAA DII schools Queens College and Adelphi University.

The Baruch men's team came off a victory against Queens College, with a score of 75 to 22.

The Bearcats are back in action again in a CUNYAC Meet on Monday, November 13 at York College in Jamaica, NY at 6 p.m.

Men's Highlights

The men's 200 medley team of Eddy Min, Erik Kantar, Evan Nikolic, and David Matskovsky finished second against Adelphi with a time of 1:50.91

*Matthew Greenfield finished second against Adelphi in the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 12:21:07.

*Joseph Vasile took first place against Queens in the  200 yard freestyle (2:02:93).

*In the 50 yard freestyle David Pejovic came in second against Queens, but first against Adelphi (24:08).

*Sam Fassler scored second against Queens in the 100 Butterfly (59.64).

*Pejovic scored first against Queens in the 100 Freestyle (53.52).

*Samuel Shteynberg placed second against in the 100 Backstroke (1:04.34).

*The Bearcats finished second against Adelphi in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay made of Joseph Vasile, David Matskovsky, and Erik Kantar with a time of 1:40:49.

Women's Highlights

*The women's 200 medley team of Andrea Gasic, Yee Chung Phang, Daniela Giraldo, and Amanda Lee finished first against Queens and second against Adelphi with the time of 1:56.98.

*Wendy Ambrosio finished second against Adelphi and Queens in the 200 yard freestyle (2:14:40).

*Amanda Lee took first both in the Women's 50 yard freestyle (26:57).

*Yee Chung Phang earned second place in the Women 200 yard IM (2:23.77).

*Andrea Gasic finished second against both Adelphi and Queens in the women's 1000 freestyle, with a time of 13:09:97.

*Daniela Giraldo scored second against Adelphi in the 100 yard Butterfly (1:06.07).

*Andrea Gasic finished second in the 100 yard freestyle (1:00.38).

*Ashley Louke took 1st place in the 100 Yard Backstroke (1:12.60).

*Yee Chung Phang took second in the 100 Breaststroke (1:13.55).

*In the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, the Bearcats team made of Karina Gotz, Amanda Lee, Daniela Giraldo, and Wendy Ambrosio took 2nd place.
