Women's Volleyball Falls in Home Opener

The women's volleyball team suffered a 25-17, 25-12, 25-19 defeat to the Pioneers of William Paterson University on Tuesday night in the ARC Arena.

The visiting Pioneers tallied 40 kills hitting .326 while the Bearcats had 32 kills at .117.

Stella Chung and Katherine Chen each recorded nine kills while Taylor Mello had five kills. Chen also dished out 14 assists.

Alyson Toman led the visitors from Wayne, New Jersey with a match-high 17 kills (739).
