Game Recap: Women's Volleyball |

Women's Volleyball Loses Tough 5-Setter at Farmingdale

The women's volleyball team suffered a heart-breaking loss in five sets (25-19, 20-25, 25-18, 20-25, 14-16) on Thursday night at Farmingdale State College on Long Island.

The two teams played a highly entertaining and competitive match, but the host Rams did enough in the end to squeeze out the home win.

Stella Chung had a big match with 11 kills and a career-high 27 digs. Anita Sengara had 15 kills, a career-high 19 digs, and three aces.

Katherine Chen dished out 27 assists and Danielle Naggar had 20 digs in the non-conference road match against an opponent that competes in the Skyline Conference. 

Angie Yarrow had 46 assists for the Rams. 

The Bearcats will return to action on Saturday at the Tri-Match hosted by SUNY Maritime and includes Rutgers-Newark.
