Women's Volleyball Sweeps York, Bearcats 5-0 in CUNYAC

The women's volleyball team won in straight sets (8, 5, 12) to stay undefeated in the conference standings.

The Bearcats have two conference matches remaining against Hunter and Brooklyn, which will go a long way in deciding the seeding for the CUNYAC Championship Tournament next month.

Tonight, the visiting Bearcats were led by Ada Cao with a season-high 12 kills, hitting .474.

Anita Sengara had nine kills and four aces.

Claudia Da Porta notched six aces, while Sanaa Hadjeb and Claudia Moi each dished out 12 assists in the road win.

Alexandra Taveras was tops for the host Cardinals with four kills.
