The women's tennis team lost a 7-2 contest to the Rams of Farmingdale State College on Friday afternoon on Long Island.

The Rams from the Skyline Conference won two of three doubles and five of six singles.

The visiting Bearcats were victorious at first doubles behind the duo of Hailey Feuer and Justina Camaj by narrowly winning an exciting tie-break, 8-7 (8-6).

Feuer took control in her first singles encounter to record a quick 6-0, 6-0 victory.

The Bearcats will hit the courts again on Sunday for a 12:00 p.m. contest against Yeshiva University.
