Women's Volleyball Stays on Winning Track, Sweep Sarah Lawrence

The women's volleyball team swept the Gryphons of Sarah Lawrence College, 25-20, 25-19, 25-17, on Thursday night in the Bronxville, New York.

The visiting Bearcats hit for a solid .326 hitting percentage with 40 kills, compared to 27 kills with a .159 percentage by the hosts. 

Anita Sengara notched 14 kills hitting a powerful .684. Stella Chung had eight kills hitting a strong .400.

Claudia Moi dished out a career-high 28 assists and collected 12 digs.

The Bearcats have now won seven of their last eight matches.

Melanie Coleman was tops for Sarah Lawrence from the Skyline Conference with nine kills. 

The Bearcats will next travel on Saturday morning to Long Island to compete at the St. Joseph's College of Patchogue Tri-Match.
