The cross-country teams each began their 2022 fall schedules competing at the SUNY Purchase Invitational on Saturday.
 
The men recorded an outstanding second-place finish to earn a trophy in the 8K race.
 
The women ran a tough meet and finished in eighth place in their 5K race.
 
Jose Perez made his intercollegiate debut finishing in fourth place, while Daniel Sedgh placed seventh to help the Bearcats with a pair of Top 10 finishes to trophy for second place.

Sedgh (29.03) and Kevin Chen (42:10) recorded personal best times in the 8K.

Amy Zeng (29:31) and Guadalupe Valle (29:54) recorded personal best times in their 5K race.
