Women's Volleyball Sweeps Mount Saint Vincent

The women's volleyball team swept the College of Mount Saint Vincent 25-23, 25-11, 26-24 in a non-conference match on Thursday night in the ARC Arena.

The Bearcats totaled 33 kills compared to 30 by the visiting Dolphins, but the biggest difference statistically tonight was in aces with the Bearcats notching 18 compared to just seven by the Dolphins.  

The first and third sets were very competitive, but the Bearcats used timely hitting to pull out the win each time. They hit a convincing .391 to win the middle set easily, 25-11.

The Bearcats will hit the road on Saturday for a non-conference match at Farmingdale State College on Long Island.
