Game Recap: Women's Volleyball |

Women's Volleyball Sweeps Lehman in CUNYAC Finale, Playoffs Start Next Week

The women's volleyball team clinched second place in the CUNYAC standings after defeating Lehman College in straight sets on Wednesday night.

The Top 2 finish earns the Bearcats a bye straight into the CUNYAC championship semifinal round where they will await the quarterfinal winner between third-seeded John Jay and sixth-seeded Lehman. The home semifinal is scheduled for next Thursday, November 9, at 7:00 p.m.

This evening, the visiting Bearcats hit for a solid .314 winning via scores of 25-10, 25-11, 25-5.

They controlled the match and totaled 14 aces.
