Women's Tennis Defeats York, Bearcats Now 3-0 in CUNYAC

The women's tennis team won their seventh match of the season defeating the Cardinals of York College 9-0 on Thursday afternoon in Jamaica, New York. 

The Bearcats won all three doubles and six singles to also raise their CUNYAC record to 3-0. 

Natalie Bergmann is 6-0 this season in singles and won her second singles encounter 6-0, 6-0.

Maria Calvo won her fourth singles, 6-0, 6-0, and teamed up with Aishika Yadav to win at second doubles 8-0.

The Bearcats will next play on Sunday afternoon with a rescheduled match (postponed September 26) against Brooklyn College. First serve at the U.S. National Tennis Center is set for 3:30 p.m.
