2/17/2025 12:01:00 AM

It will be a weekend to remember for the men's and women's swimming teams who had an historic Regional at the Metropolitan Swimming Finals at Rutgers University in New Jersey.

For the first time, the men's swimming team won the Metro Finals only two weeks after winning the CUNYAC as their great season continues.

The women's swimming team finished runner-up against a very strong field of competition to also continue their season of podium finishes.

Head coach Charles Lampasso was named the Coach of the Year at the Finals, repeating the same award he also won for the CUNYAC Regular Season.

Congratulations Bearcats!
