Junior Season (2019-2020): CUNYAC All-Star. 

Sophomore Season (2018-2019): At the CUNY Championships, she placed 3rd in the 50 yard freestyle (26.48)…6th in the 100 yard freestyle (1:01.67)…7th in the 200 yard freestyle (2:22.24).

At the Metropolitan Championships, she was part of the 200 yard freestyle relay that placed 10th with a combined time of 1:44.74…part of the 200 yard medley relay that placed 12th with a combined time of 1:58.78.

Freshman Season (2017-2018): At her first CUNY Championships, she placed 5th in the 50 yard freestyle (26.69)…8th in the 100 yard freestyle (1:01.41)…11th in the 200 yard freestyle (2:27.21)…was part of the 200 yard freestyle relay that placed 1st with the combined time of 1:44.01.

At the Metropolitan Collegiate Championships she was part of the 200 yard freestyle relay that placed 8th with a combined time of 1:44.42.

She was named as one of the 2017-2018 CUNYAC All-Stars.

High School: Attended St. Francis Prep...Member of the Spanish Honor Society.

Personal: Her best performance was breaking a minute in the 100 yard freestyle in her junior year. Karina played soccer and her team won the Division I Championships and the Long Island Cup Championships. Started swimming at age 8.
