HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Browning High School in New York City...Student Council President...Played two years and served as captain for head coach Mitchell Sadowsky...Played basketball for two years and served as captain his senior year for head coach Dan Taveras...In 2002, he was named MVP of the baseball and basketball team, along with All-League Honors for the I.S.A.L. (Independent Schools Athletic League)...In 2003, he was named MVP of the baseball team again, All-League I.S.A.L.), and won the "Gatorade Will to Win Award".
