Erika Schnaas was named the assistant coach of the men’s and women’s tennis program on August 22, 2014.
Erika played Division II tennis at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her team reached the NCAA Sweet 16 rounds three years (2012-14) and she was named All-Conference twice (2013-14).
Off the court, the graphic design, art studio major was named a scholar-athlete by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (2012-14) and the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (2012-14).
She was also a Dean’s List student at Indiana University, which is a school located 55 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
Erika, a native of Mexico City, Mexico, will assist Head Coach Florin Giuglescu with practice seasons, recruiting, and all off-the-court team responsibilities.
