Brendan Murphy is in his first season as assistant coach of the women's volleyball program.
Brendan returns to Baruch in the role of coach after spending four successful years (2014-'17) as a player on the men’s volleyball team. The former libero/setter also served as the women’s team manager for four years as an undergradute student.Â
Brendan, who was a team captain as a senior, won two CUNYAC Championships during his time as a player.
He now shifts his focus to helping Head Coach Kevin Edwards and the girl’s program improve upon their fourth place finish in the CUNYAC last season.
Since graduating from Baruch in 2017 with a degree in real estate investments, Brendan has worked as a real estate salesperson for Zumper.
