Bianca A. Vitale, Esq., serves as the Title IX Coordinator and EEO Investigator at Baruch College.
Ms. Vitale is responsible for ensuring compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits sex-based discrimination in education programs, and
other federal, state, and local laws pertaining to sex-based discrimination and sexual misconduct.
In this role, Ms. Vitale oversees investigations into complaints of sexual misconduct and facilitates training sessions and outreach initiatives that promote a campus culture of respect, equity, and accountability.
A licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey, Ms. Vitale brings more than a decade of public service experience in city, state, and federal government. Prior to joining Baruch College, she served as Legislative Counsel for the New York City Council and the 2019 New York City Charter Revision Commission, where she helped advance public policies focused on civic engagement, transparency, and public safety.
Ms. Vitale earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and is a proud Brooklyn native committed to fostering safe and inclusive learning environments.
