The women’s basketball team defeated the Bridges of Brooklyn College, 90-47, in a conference road game on Saturday afternoon.
The entire Baruch roster saw action in the victory, as the visiting Bearcats scored 70 or more points for the 13th time this season.
Chiresse Paradise (Chicago, III./Rich Central) led the Bearcats with 16 points, while Naesha Tyler-Moore (Chicago, III./Rich Central) contributed 15 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals in helping the Bearcats run their record to a perfect 6-0 in CUNYAC.
Kaleia Davis (Bronx, NY/Lehman) recorded another double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Monique Salmon (Bronx, NY/Truman) had a solid all-around effort in posting a double-double of 10 points, 12 rebounds, nine assists and four steals.
Maria Turner (Bronx, NY/Aquinas) grabbed 11 rebounds, Idelissa Lluveres (Bronx, NY/Aquinas) had eight points and eight rebounds, and Tiffanie Carman (Far Rockaway, NY/Mary Louis Academy) recorded five rebounds and two assists.
Amalea Sideris (Astoria, NY/St. Demetrios) led Brooklyn College this afternoon with 16 points.
The Bearcats will continue their conference schedule this Wednesday with a 5:30 pm road game at the College of Staten Island.
