The men’s tennis team recorded a convincing 9-0 victory over the Scarlet Raiders of Rutgers-Newark on Saturday afternoon at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens.

The Bearcats won all six singles encounters with 6-0, 6-0 scores, and easily won two of the three doubles with 8-0 scores. They allowed only one point in an 8-1 win at #1 doubles.

The Bearcats improve their season record to 3-1. They will return to action on Monday, March 19, at the National Tennis Center with a rescheduled CUNYAC match at 3:30 pm against CCNY.

The two teams were scheduled to play yesterday, but due to wet courts from morning rain, the match was postponed to Monday.
