Men's Tennis Run Past Manhattanville, 8-1

The men’s tennis team won their sixth straight match by defeating the Valiants of Manhattanville College, 8-1, in a non-conference match played on Friday afternoon at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens.

The Bearcats won all six singles and two of the three doubles encounters to raise their season record to 6-1.

Joe Laskowski was victorious at #6 singles by winning 6-0, 6-0. Artem Gorbachevskiy won in a tie-breaker at #1 singles with scores of 6-2, 4-6, 10-4.

The men's tennis team will return to action on Tuesday, March 27, with a CUNYAC home match against the College of Staten Island. First serve at the U.S. National Tennis Center is scheduled for 3:30 pm.
