The men's tennis team narrowly defeated SUNY-Purchase, 5-4, in a non-conference match played on Tuesday afternoon at the U.S. National Tennis Center in Queens, New York.

The Bearcats suffered losses in the first three singles, but bounced back with convincing 6-0, 6-0 scores in the last three spots.

They won two of the three doubles for the overall 5-4 victory.

The Bearcats will travel up to New England on Saturday, March 9 to compete against M.I.T. in Cambridge, Massachusetts. First serve is scheduled for 1:00 pm.
