The Bearcats dropped both ends of a non-conference doubleheader (13-1, 9-1) to the College of Mount St. Vincent on Tuesday afternoon at the Sarah Lawrence College softball field in Bronxville, New York.

The Bearcats scored their lone run in the opener in the third inning with Jacqueline Gioia hitting a home run down the left field line via a 1-2 pitch.

Gioia added another hit with a single in the fifth inning to right field. Jessica Piccolino had the team's third hit earlier in the game with a single to right field.

In the second game, the Bearcats scored a run in the third inning. Courtney White smacked an RBI infield single toward the right side to plate Maria Vlahopoulos.

The Bearcats totaled five hits in the game with Gioia, Kristen Podlovits, Christina Chin, and Vlahopoulos all contributing singles.

The Bearcats will return to action on Wednesday, April 30, with a CUNYAC playoff game. The exact schedule and location will be announced in the near future.
