The women's volleyball team swept the Cardinals of York College on Thursday night in the ARC Arena.

The Bearcats won with scores of 25-4, 25-8, 25-10 to extend their overall CUNYAC win streak (regular & postseason) to 36 in a row dating back to 2011.

Sydney Parks led the attack with a team-high nine kills (.438), while McKenzie Davidson finished with eight kills (.400) and six digs.

Akilah Meulens totaled three kills (.750) and Alessandra Chavez came off the bench to record five aces.

The Bearcats finished with 27 kills hitting .302.

Allison Li led the visiting Cardinals with seven digs.

The women's volleyball team will enjoy a brief break in the schedule and will resume action on Thursday, September 25, with a 7:00 pm match at Medgar Evers College.
