The Bearcats lost a non-conference doubleheader to the College of Saint Elizabeth on Thursday afternoon in Morristown, New Jersey.

The Eagles won with scores of 14-1 (five innings) and 8-2 to sweep the doubleheader.

The visiting Bearcats were limited to a run in the first contest as Christina Chin scored on a wild pitch in the fourth inning.

During the second game, the Bearcats fell behind early and could not recover. They scored their two runs in the fifth inning as Jessica Piccolino scored on a wild pitch and Vanessa Santana hit an RBI single to score Victoria Dolan.

The Bearcats will return to action on Saturday, April 18, with a 12:00 pm CUNYAC home doubleheader against the College of Staten Island. Baruch will be the home team on the College of Staten Island field.
