Women's Tennis Undefeated at 6-0, Defeat Rutgers-Newark

The women's tennis team blanked the Scarlet Raiders of Rutgers-Newark, 9-0, in a match played on Saturday afternoon at the tennis courts of York College in Jamaica, New York.

With the result, the Bearcats are undefeated at 6-0 midway through the regular season schedule.

For all of today's individual results, please see below. Due to traffic issues encountered by the visitors from Newark, New Jersey (that resulted in their late arrival), the two teams agreed to play an eight game pro set in the singles.

The Bearcats will next play at the College of Staten Island on Tuesday, September 29, for a battle for first place in the CUNYAC Standings.
