Aishika Yadav Named September CUNYAC/HSS Scholar-Athlete of the Month

NEW YORK - Baruch College junior women's tennis player Aishika Yadav was recently named the CUNY Athletic Conference/Hospital for Special Surgery Scholar-Athlete of the Month for September, 2025.

Yadav excelled for the Bearcats in September, posting a 6-0 record in singles and a 5-1 record in doubles.  For her efforts, Yadav was a two-time conference Player of the Week during the month.  This season she finished the season unbeaten in singles play and was recently named the CUNYAC Player of the Year for women's tennis.

For her career, she is a three-time CUNYAC First Team All-Conference performer.  Last season, she earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors and was also an College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection.  Yadav also served as the co-President of Baruch's Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) in 2024-25.

The Fresh Meadows, N.Y. native is an Economics major at Baruch with minors in Law and Policy.
