Women's Tennis is Victorious at Purchase for Win #7

The women's tennis team went on the road Thursday afternoon to defeat the Panthers of SUNY Purchase, 5-4, in a non-conference contest in Purchase, New York.

The Bearcats won two doubles and three singles to record the difficult 5-4 road win.

Grace Graham, Hayley Bester and Sharada Tangirala won at singles. Elizabeth Mak combined with Graham to win at second doubles.

The team will resume action on Saturday, October 14, with a home contest against William Paterson University. First serve at the Bille Jean King U.S. National Tennis Center is scheduled for 12 p.m.
