New Rochelle Downs Bearcats in Four

The women's volleyball team lost a hard-fought match in four sets tonight against the Blue Angels from the College of New Rochelle.

The visitors came out quickly in the first set to win 25-14, but the Bearcats took the second, 25-19.

The two teams exchanged leads in a highly-entertaining third set, but timely attacking enabled the Blue Angels to narrowly win, 29-27.

The Bearcats battled hard to force a fifth set and were tied at 21 late in the fourth, but the visitors notched the final four points to win.
