#3 Stevens Downs Bearcats

The men's volleyball team suffered a 3-0 loss to the No. 3 ranked Ducks from the Stevens Institute of Technology on Saturday afternoon in the ARC Arena.

The visiting Ducks totaled 42 kills hitting .329, while the Bearcats had 22 kills hitting .068.

The Ducks set the tone early hitting .483 in the opening set to win 25-11, but the Bearcats played a tough second set leading at one point, 8-3, before the Ducks rallied late to win 25-19. They took it overall 3-0 with a 25-13 win in the third set.

Stephen Roach led the Bearcats this afternoon with eight kills and six digs. Nicholas Godino tallied seven kills and Edward Grinberg dished out 19 assists.

The Ducks had 13 different players with a kill, with Ryan Byrne leading their team with seven.
