Bearcats Fall to Golden Eagles

The men's volleyball team lost in three to the Golden Eagles of St. Joseph's College of Long Island on Thursday night in the ARC Arena.

The visiting Golden Eagles posted scores of 25-23, 25-23, 25-20 to walk off with the non-conference win.

Steven Lopez led the Bearcats with 12 kills (.304) and Nicholas Godino 10 kills. Edward Grinberg dished out 25 assists and collected six digs.

Matthew Amberge and Kyle Biggers had 10 kills each for the visitors from the Skyline Conference.

The Bearcats will resume action on Saturday at the CUNYAC Multi-Match against John Jay (11:00 a.m.) and Lehman (1:00 p.m.). The matches will take place at John Jay.
