Men's Soccer Falls to Catholic (2-0)

The men's soccer team lost 2-0 to the Cardinals of the Catholic University of America on Saturday afternoon in Bethesda, Maryland. 

Brian Galfond did all the damage for the hosts scoring early in the 11th minute and completing a brace with his second in the 89th (unassisted) for the 2-0 home win as part of the "Turk" Emekli DC Classic.

The Bearcats attempted 10 total shots, but could not find the back of the net.

Shaiem Allah Morad led the attack in the tough loss with four shots.

The Bearcats will return to action on Wednesday, September 5, with a road match against St. Joseph's College of Brooklyn. Kick off at Randall's Island Field No. 10 is scheduled for 8:45 p.m.
