Women's Volleyball Knocks Out Albertus Magnus in Three

The women's volleyball team posted a 25-14, 25-19, 25-13 home sweep against the Falcons from Albertus Magnus College on Tuesday night in the ARC Arena.

The Bearcats had three different players hitting above .400 with Anita Sengara (15 kills, .436), Katherine Chen (seven kills, .467) and Yijia Cai (five kills, .400) leading the potent attack.

Claudia Daporta had five kills and Sanaa Hadjeb dished out 20 assists for the win against an opponent that competes in the Great Northeast Atlantic Conference.

Wai Chang collected 13 digs and served up five aces.

Maria Vazquez led the Falcons from New Haven, Connecticut with seven kills and 13 digs.
