Men's Volleyball Downs CCNY in Three

The men's volleyball team swept the Beavers of CCNY in three (13, 19, 15) in a CUNYAC match on Tuesday night.

The visiting Bearcats totaled 45 kills, hitting .363, while the host Beavers had 26 kills hitting .081.

The second set proved to be the most competitive with the Beavers up at one point, 15-12, but the Bearcats responded with six straight points to take the lead at 18-15 and eventually won, 25-19.

The third set was all Bearcats again jumping out to a 14-5 advantage en route to improving to a 3-0 record in the early season CUNYAC standings.
