Cormac Foley scored a goal in each half and GK Kellen Sela posted his second consecutive CUNYAC shutout with five saves to hand the visiting Bearcats a 2-0 road win against the Cougars of Medgar Evers College on Saturday night.

The Bearcats out-shot the Cougars 16-10 and broke open a scoreless deadlock in the 37th minute when a Frank Iacovano cross found Foley for the opening goal at the Aviator Sports & Events Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The two teams battled hard until the 85th minute when the Bearcats put the match out of reach on an unassisted goal by Foley to increase his season total to four.

The Cougars pressured for their first goal, but the defense came up big tonight.

The Bearcats will continue their CUNYAC schedule on Wednesday with a 5:00 p.m. home contest against York College at Randall's Island Field #10. Live stats will be available for this match.
