Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

NCAA: Bearcats Fall to #1 Washington and Lee

The men's soccer team lost 6-1 to the Generals of Washington and Lee University on Friday in Lexington, Virginia.

The visiting Bearcats struck first early with Cormac Foley scoring his 10th goal of the season in the third minute of play on an assist from Daniel Grishin.

The Generals, who are ranked #1 nationally, responded four minutes later to tie it on the first of four goals by Adrian Zimmerman.

The Generals finished the home match with a 36-3 shot advantage to advance to the second round on Saturday.

Foley led the Bearcats with two shots and Alex Ferrara had one. 

Goalkeeper Kellen Sela closed the book on a stellar career with a career-high 12 saves.
