Men's Volleyball Tops York

The men's volleyball team swept the Cardinals of York College in a rescheduled match played on Monday afternoon in Jamaica, New York. 

The result keeps the Bearcats undefeated in CUNYAC at 8-0, while also stretching their win streak to nine. They also climb over .500 with a 10-9 overall record.

HIGHLIGHTS

* Haoxin Hu led with eight kills hitting .462.  

* Akil Vaughnn totaled five kills, while Michael Higgins, Carlos Rodriguez, and Wen Cheung had four kills each.

* Stallone Shankar had 13 assists.

* Ryan Oommen was on fire with a career-high 10 aces along with 11 assists and five digs.

* The Bearcats finished with 25 kills hitting .452.
