Match Recap: Men's Tennis |

Men's Tennis Shutout Hunter, Bearcats 3-0 in CUNYAC

The men's tennis team is now 9-1 overall after defeating Hunter College, 9-0, in a match played on Saturday night at the indoor courts of Queens College.

 The Bearcats won all three doubles and six singles to also improve to 3-0 in the CUNYAC standings.

Christopher Tham led the Bearcats teaming with Nicholas Santiago to record the first team point in first doubles winning 8-2 and then won the first team point at first singles, 6-1, 6-1.

Jim Bauer won a tough encounter at second singles, 6-4, 7-5.

Juan Paredes easily went past his opponent at third singles, 6-0, 6-1.

The win was the eighth in row for the Bearcats who will continue their CUNYAC schedule next Tuesday against Brooklyn College.
