Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Bearcats Fall to SUNY Purchase

The men's soccer team lost 5-0 to the Panthers of SUNY Purchase on Wednesday night in Purchase, New York.

The two teams statistically were very even in all of the major categories (for instance, 17 shots each) but the host Panthers were more effective and quickly led 2-0 after 23 minutes

Arman Celebi and Daniel Grishin had four shots each for the visiting Bearcats. Daniel Fomenko and Diego Sachun had two shots each in the tough loss.

Liam George led the Panthers with a goal and two assists.

The Bearcats will head upstate this weekend to compete at the Alfred Tournament.
