CUNYAC Women's Swimming Swimmer of the Week
Kaetlyn Chavez, Baruch (Sr., Bronx, N.Y.)
At the Sarah Lawrence Invitational, competing as double duals against the host Gryphons and Lehman, Chavez recorded a total of nine victories.  She took first overall in the 200 backstroke (2:19.74), the 400 medley relay (4:26.19) and the 200 medley relay (2:00.48).  Chavez also took first place finishes against the Lightning in the 100 backstroke (1:05.07), the 200 freestyle (2:08.29) and the 400 freestyle relay (3:56.96).

CUNYAC Women's Swimming Rookie of the Week
Elizabeth Bailey-Hamm, Brooklyn (So., Brooklyn, N.Y.)
In Brooklyn's conference meet against John Jay on Friday, Bailey-Hamm took first place in the 50 freestyle (26.46) and the 100 freestyle (59.71).  On Sunday, Bailey-Hamm helped lead the Bulldogs to a first-place finish at the Mount Saint Mary Invitational with a first place finish in the 200 IM (2:41.64) while also swimming a leg of the winning 400 medley relay (4:42.72).  She placed second in the 50 (26.69) and 100 (1:02.41) freestyle events.
 
CUNYAC Women's Swimming Swimmer of the Week (Honorable Mention)
Lian Winter, Hunter (Sr., Georgetown, Guyana)
In Hunter's win against SUNY Maritime last week, Winter took first in the 100 IM (1:09.00) and the 100 freestyle (1:03.50) and was also part of the Hawks' winning 200 medley relay (2:07.00).
