Personal: Started swimming at age 16...Plays the guitar and likes to fight in MMA Competitions...Black belt in Judo, Karate and most recently Jiu Jitsu...In 2012, he swam his best time of 30.4 in the 50 Freestyle...Won nine amateur MMA tournaments and runner-up in four tournaments.
