COLLEGE: Fourth year on the team...Member of team that won the 2010 ECAC Metro Postseason Championship...As a sophomore, Tammer led the team in scoring with 13.0 points per game...Member of team that season that finished the CUNYAC regular season undefeated (13-0), and earned an at-large berth to the 2009 NCAA Tournament...As a freshman, he averaged 13.3 points and shot 63-for-151 (.417) from 3-point range. Also placed 12th in the country by shooting 89.2 percent (66-74) from the free throw line.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Stuyvesant High School in New York City...MVP of his varsity basketball team...One of the best performances in high school was a 24 point, 11 assist and 10 rebound effort against The Beacon School. 

PERSONAL: Majors in marketing...Brother Waleed, a 2007-08 Preseason Honorable Mention All-American, played men's basketball for Stevens Tech (Baruch defeated #21-ranked Stevens Tech, 75-71, in the ARC Arena on January 29, 2008, Tammer hit the winning free throws to seal the overtime win and defeat his brother).
